4 Years Already!

Four years ago, I woke up to the song "Going to the Chapel" blaring on the CD player. (Thanks Dad!) I woke up smiling and those that were there can attest that I did not stop smiling the entire day. I may have bawled like a baby throughout our vows but I smiled the entire time. I was jumping up and down waiting to go down the aisle. He made me wait a long time for that ring! We can't believe that it has already been this long. So much has happened in our lives and we are looking forward to everything that will happen during the next 90!

Luke and I are very much a laid back couple and just enjoy actual time together. Ordering pizza and watching Top Chef together is our idea of a great date. This morning he did bring me Starbucks in bed, complete with pumpkin loaf for Reagan. :) We're going to go watch him play softball tonight and hopefully have no ER visits but if we do, we'll probably crack up because that's just us. :) With that in mind, we did something really fun to celebrate our anniversary...we bought our wedding photo copyrights. We had some drama to say the least with our photographer and it was a big deal to finally get our album.....almost 15 months afterwards. We never did order any prints. So Luke took charge and on Monday we went and picked up our wedding CD and even our engagement CD. Here are some of our favorite pictures from 4 years ago.

We were incredibly blessed that our families covered the entire cost of our wedding. However, they did create the stipulation that we had to stay married 5 years or pay them back for all of it. Only one year left to go! ;)
