Since we've been back, we've been taking it easy and enjoying what's left of our quickly ending summer. Here are some pictures that I've snapped in the past couple of weeks.
We've had a lot of rain lately and Reagan decided one morning she wanted to go jump in the puddles. I'm a huge fan of getting dirty during playtime so I was fine with it. So out we went, still in her jammies and Tinkerbelle dress. The only problem is that we have a serious lack of puddles in our neighborhood. She had fun anyhow.
Luke and the guys get together pretty regularly for some guy time. But for some reason it takes forever for all of us girls to actually get together. Somehow we finally did it! We went to ladies night at The Melting Pot and enjoyed some quality girl time. We missed you Jules and Tricia!
As I said, summer is ending quickly. I have two more weeks with the kiddos before they go back to school. That will give me one week to get my room ready before I start back. I have a different classroom and will need to set my room up in a completely different and new way so I've already started getting it prepared. Here are my trusty helpers making sure the toys got unpacked. ;)
And here is why I didn't get anything done. He is FAST at climbing. :(
Reagan was playing and put herself in time out. (I agree, weird, but hey, she was quiet and sat there!) Then she found Corbin's matching stool and he climbed up and sat with her. Although, with his new found skill of looking at you smiling while doing things that he's not supposed to do while you're telling him no, that stool of his might get some use sooner than we thought.
Playing together nicely. Well, for the most part at least.
On the move! He's walking farther and farther every day.
