Handful and a half...

Oh Reagan, Reagan, Reagan......

The day we left for Tennessee, we started it off with Reagan's first visit to the dentist. Doesn't she look so cute in the waiting room? The hygienist was so naive as she talked to Reagan before the appointment. "Well she is just adorable and so verbal!" Ten minutes later, they came to pull me from the waiting room and three of us are holding her down at which point the dentist asks her to quit biting him. And that was to just look in her mouth-forget about an actually cleaning. Luke said he was cringing in the waiting room because he could hear us. Good news: it's a pediatric dentist so he was a little used to it. Better news: her teeth and gums look great. Best news: we don't have to go through this again for another 6 months.

We decided to start teaching Reagan how to play the Wii. Here is her Mii that she created. Without the sunglasses, it looks a little like Mimi on the Drew Carey show.

One night Reagan was "done" with her dinner until suddenly she wasn't finished at bedtime. The babysitter told her she was just trying to get out of bed and was just fine. Reagan's response was to say "But I didn't finish my vegetables....now I won't be strong and healthy!" in very thick pouty voice. She won.

Yay! Her flowers are growing!

On our way to pick up Hawkeye, we stopped to use the restrooms at a gas station. When we came out, there were about 6 police cars there with several officers. I'm thinking they were just meeting up or grabbing lunch. But Reagan stops in her tracks, mouth drops open says "Mommy! Were you driving too fast!?!"

Saved the best for last.....

Aww, she fell asleep with her stickers.... Then I looked up.

While my friend Julie reminded me that this was a great fine motor skill, I wasn't too pleased. I'm looking forward to the time her twins are three and see what they get into together.

  1. Oh my!! Liv is a lot like Reagan, maybe we should make sure to keep them apart:) We need a trip to the dentist as well, but I feel that they will need to sedate her just to look!! And unfortunatly Liv has a cavity so we will have to care of that... And no stickers on the wall, but she did "decorate" my dresser (which made Randy a bit mad...) Strong-will is an admirable trait, just not in a three year old!! Good Luck!

  2. Have to say, I laughed out loud when I saw the pics. This is hilarious. I'm so sorry she did this to your wall and I can only laugh because it didn't happen to me.
