Snow Day!

Today was snow day number 5 for us! Reagan had a dentist appointment already scheduled so we dug everything out, dropped Corbin off at school and headed to the dentist. When we got there the door was locked and the phones were busy. I was not very happy. It turns out that they were closed due to the weather and were trying to reschedule their appointments but somehow missed our name on the list as their first appointment of the day! They were nice enough to go ahead and do her appointment since we had braved the snow and it was their mistake for not calling us early enough. Luckily, Reagan did a fantastic job and was able to get a full cleaning. It was a much better visit than her last one!

Afterwards, we took her to school and Luke and I spent some time together. We ran and got coffee and had lunch out just the two of us. Then we picked up the kids and bundled up for some fun in the snow!

Poor Corbin had to borrow some of Reagan's old pink mittens because we can't keep track of his mittens! He didn't care and it was either that or frostbite.

All he really wanted to do was play in his fire car that he tried to get in EVERY time we go in the garage to get in the car. It's been so hard for him to not get to ride it so we let him. He didn't get very far but he was happy.

Corbin really couldn't walk on his own at all. It was way too deep for him to move and he wasn't thrilled to say the least.

We attempted to sled on some hills close to the house but the snow was even deeper there and Corbin couldn't even stand anymore.

They went down a few times but the sled really didn't go on it's own. I feel down the hill quite a few times on my bottom and I must admit, that was a lot of fun! I really wish I had gotten some pictures of that!

 Not a happy guy!

This is Reagan on the sled. You can't even see it!

Corbin just kept saying "done, all done, done." When that didn't work he kept saying "Please done! Please done!" So we headed home for some popcorn and some down time. Hope everyone enjoyed their day as well!
