On yet another snow day, we decided cookies were necessary. Especially because I've realized that Reagan has been cooking with me since I could set her in the bumbo on the counter..always strictly supervised I swear! But Corbin has had FAR less fun in the kitchen with me. Luke and I attribute this to his super strong need to be moving at all times.
Reagan and I put on our aprons so Corbin ran and got the other kid sized one out....pink. I humored him for five minutes and then quickly distracted him so I could get it off. I'm all about ignoring gender stereotypes and all of that but I have to draw the line somewhere!
And we tasted straight flour....YUM!
Finally we got some dough. I put some on my finger for Corbin to try and he just kept shaking his head no and refusing it. So I did what any good parent would do and shoved it in his mouth! He changed his mind after that. ;)
Going back for more!
Reagan even let him have the beater, such a great big sister. :) It's a lot more work letting two kiddos help but twice as much fun!
