This past weekend, we went to Bloomington, of course. ;) My parents had a weenie roast on Saturday night. It was the perfect fall weather for it and the kids had a great time.
Enjoying the cooler weather. Gotta love the fleece and tutu look. :)
Reagan and Lacy enjoying their untoasted marshmallows that were very close to the size of their heads!
Enjoying some craft time. Reagan even shared her dress up dresses. We were all in shock. ;)
The next afternoon we went to the fire truck parade so the kids could see all of the trucks. There were a lot of trucks from neighboring departments. After the parade, they park so the kids can climb around and check them out.
Loving on Oma.
They were ready to go see the trucks and really didn't want to take a picture.
Watching the parade!
Right at home. :)
There was also a couple of puppet shows about stranger danger and Halloween safety. Reagan has always had a very real fear of puppets. She did really well until the puppet who was a dragon "sneezed" and steam came out. Then all she wanted was to find candy. Thank goodness for suckers. She watched the next show from far back. :)
