Corbin has been afraid, or unhappy or something about pools this year despite loving them last year. I refuse to have a sensory issue kid so I keep forcing him the water- not underwater mind you, just enough that he's going to deal with a pool one way or another! ;)
So like any good special ed teacher would do, I threw him in.
Not too long and he was having just as much fun as he did last year.
See? He's not too traumatized.
Reagan got a mud cakes kit a long time ago and we hadn't used it. She's been begging to so we busted it out and our great Daddy went and found us some mud in the field behind our house.
What?!? I have to touch mud???
Apparently because the box shows a girl spotless and smiling, having so much fun, Reagan didn't really put it together that she was going to have to get her hands dirty.
Forget that! We got her to come around and she was squishing away in no time.
