Waiting Around

So I haven't posted in a couple of weeks but what a couple of weeks it has been! I survived the first week of school. I do mean survived in the best way possible. Suffice it to say that it is going to be an interesting year! I started fighting a sinus infection that got way out of hand. I lost my voice and am just now getting it back today. Last Monday, I went to work and then on Tuesday morning, after getting to work and sitting through a meeting, I decided to take my leave early. My students demand a lot more physical work than I was expecting and being really sick and really pregnant, Luke and I decided that I had hit my breaking point. My principal called my sub and I left and came home to sleep! Apparently I made the right decision because the next day I woke up with pink eye in both eyes so I wouldn't have been able to go to work anyhow. I started some antibiotics and am finally doing better.

I'm officially due tomorrow so for now we're just waiting around....
