Calling all Aunts!

Reagan has been very, very attached to Baby Stella lately. Amazingly, somehow Baby Stella has come to life quite a bit the past week. She needs to go potty and eat and have her diaper changed all the time. Its been fun! Here she is with her best friend in the whole world.

Before you look at the next picture, keep in mind that things are not always as they appear...my daughter is not battered and bruised. Get ready.....

So. Luke went into work this morning and if I didn't get some laundry put away, he would have serious grounds for a divorce and would probably win in court. Our room has been scattered with my piles of indecisions from the morning events of deciding what to wear, my tubs of maternity clothes and clean laundry that my wonderful husband washed and I needed to get put away. K.C. has been in heaven with so many soft cushy places to lay but I finally got serious this morning.
In the need for uninterrupted time to get this taken care of, I made the ultimate sacrifice. I made sure there was nothing hazardous first, then I let Reagan loose in my bathroom drawer. Talk about interesting! She stayed busy for the entire time. At one point I looked over and saw her holding my make up bag. (I know! Who knows I still had some?) I looked at my bed covered in nice neat piles of clothes and then at the toddler who would easily mess up all of the piles and decided since the last time I wore make up was probably my wedding, who cares? I only needed another 10 minutes of peace. I told her to have fun. Well seen as how I have not been modeling what this crazy stuff is, Reagan opens up the eye shadow compact, holds it to her ear and begins talking to Grandpa. That would explain the mess on her face. The mascara was apparently a marker and the concealer (I think that's what that stuff is...?) was finger paint. My bathtub looks awesome!
Good thing she has wonderful aunts who can help her understand what to really do with this stuff!

  2. Ha!! Adorable! I have a feeling that if I ever had a child, she would have about the same amount of guidance.
