Our Cookies for Kids Cancer Group hosted a sale at our local Market Basket grocery store's Holiday open house. There was a reindeer there for pictures but this was as close as Reagan was going. I finally got her to sit in the sleigh but then the reindeer was mobbed by a family and no picture. Oh well!
Our bake sale that day raised $633. It will be matched by Glad Corporation and brings our total to date to around $2,555 to be matched for over $5,000! Reagan and I packed up leftovers and dropped them off at the nursing homes and the hospice center to bring a little cheer.
This was after a yummy turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. Those rosy cheeks were a give away that he was not feeling well. We've been fighting sickness for almost a month between ear infections, sinus infections and fifth's disease. This kid just cannot catch a break.
But he's still always up for helping Daddy in the garage!
Hmmm, maybe he has too much in bed with him.....
