A couple of weeks ago Luke ran a 5K to benefit a local nature center called the Watershed. It was perfect weather and I was sad that my ankle wouldn't allow me to run with him.

I don't have an after picture because Luke didn't wait too long before he ran home from the race. I just drove home....love his motivation and dedication! Great job honey!!
