Today was a BIG day in our house! It has been 6 weeks since Corbin came into our life and that means two things: I have the medical okay to head back to work and Corbin is old enough to start daycare. So we did!
Reagan has been super excited that Corbin is getting bigger and that now he can go to school with her.
Here he is all set. Reagan made sure that he was all settled into his class before she would go to her classroom. He did great! I know this because the pacifiers that I sent to school were still in their package-unopened- when I picked him up. :)
My own "first" day was quite interesting. A lot of changes occurred while I was gone for just a few weeks. My sub will continue to be in my room through the rest of this week to help with the transition for both the students and me. It will be an interesting ride this year!
Luke sent me a text to see how my day was going. My reply was only two words long but it was enough that he came home with chocolate and flowers and quickly directed me to a bubble bath. I say often that I always have flowers. Here is proof, my other flowers are still going strong so I think my new ones will find a great place in my classroom.
Corbin had a very busy day. He quickly passed out on the couch. Story time and cuddles will do that!
In other news, Reagan made a big step today. She went the entire day at school without any accidents. We are so proud of her!
